What are your hours?
As we operate primarily by appointment only, we do not have set shop hours. Although there is usually someone at the shop each day this is not a guarantee. Each artist manages their schedule individually and works different days and times throughout the week. We recommend reaching out to the artist of your choice via their booking link. If you have a general question you can reach out to us via email on the contact page.
I emailed my artist, but haven’t heard back yet. What do I do?
We certainly apologize for any inconvenience. Each artist handles their bookings directly and it is not done through the shop email. We recommend reaching out to your artist again if you have not heard back within a few days. If you still have not heard back please reach out to us via email at NeonRainbowTattoo@icloud.com so we can assist you in getting it sorted out.
Do you tattoo minors?
Although it is legal to tattoo minors 16 and up in the state of Florida we do not allow the tattooing of anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
Do you do piercings?
No, we are a tattoo only establishment.
What is your pricing?
Each artist’s pricing varies. Once you reach out to your artist they will be able to give you a quote on your tattoo idea.
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment please visit our booking tab. From there you can contact the artist of your choice directly. Don’t know which artist you want to get tattooed by yet? Please visit the artists tab to view each artist’s portfolio.
Do you allow numbing cream?
This is a very common question. In regard to numbing cream each artist’s policies are different. This can be a question you ask your artists directly through the booking process.
Do you take walk-ins?
If there are artists at the shop during the time that you come to the shop and they have availability, yes. This is all circumstantial though and some ideas may require you to make an appointment for a future date. Also please keep in mind that we do not have set hours so we may not be open for walk-ins on any given day.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We are totally on board with you bringing a support buddy. All we ask is that you limit it to one person as our shop is a little on the smaller side.
